If something doesn’t feel right with your order, I’m here to help with returns or exchanges.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping.

Return Timeframes
Regular-priced items
• Returns accepted within 14 business days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping).
Sale items
• Returns accepted within 7 business days, for exchange or store credit only (no refunds).
Return & Pickup Options
You may send the item back on your own, or coordinate a return through our courier service:

Home pickup return via courier – 35₪
The courier will collect the item from your address once the return is approved.
Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

Items that are not in their original condition or packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Only one return per customer is eligible for a full refund.
